An operating grain elevator complex in the southern part of Odesa Region, Ukraine, is offered for sale, with a total one-time storage capacity of 183,000 tons.
The elevator is located on a 20-hectare site. The land plot is leased for a term of 49 years starting from 2017.
The complex has a storage capacity of 113,000 tons in concrete silos and 70,000 tons in flat storage facilities.
The elevator is equipped with three German-made gas-powered grain dryers, its own electrical substation, two grain cleaning facilities, conveying and belt equipment. The complex has its own railway branch, with a loading capacity of up to 2,100 tons per day. Truck intake is equipped with 7 receiving points with a total capacity of up to 5,000 tons per day.
The complex also includes a certified laboratory, 80-ton truck scales, and a two-storey office building.
