A complex of two operating agricultural enterprises is offered for sale in the Volyn region, located approximately 30 km from Lutsk and 10 km from the highway.
The combined land bank of the enterprises amounts to approximately 2,000 hectares of agricultural land leased for a period of 7–10 years. There is an opportunity to further expand the land bank; decisions regarding the acquisition of additional land need to be made promptly.
The farms maintain approximately 700 head of cattle, including 315 dairy cows. The enterprises include two farms located approximately 2 km apart, with a combined total area of 10 hectares.
The production infrastructure includes 7 livestock buildings, 5 silage pits with a total capacity of up to 4,500 tonnes, autonomous grain mills and grain storage facilities. The farm territories are fully fenced, and all access roads have hard-surface paving.
The enterprises have their own substantial fleet of agricultural machinery. The fleet also includes a complete range of tillage, seeding, haymaking, forage harvesting and transportation equipment, manure-handling equipment, feed mixers, loaders, a bale shredder and other machinery.
The machinery fleet has been upgraded through the acquisition of 11 new units of equipment.
