A modern oil products transshipment and processing complex with an integrated refinery is offered for sale. The facility was commissioned in 2023 and is capable of processing crude oil and heavy petroleum products (fuel oil, gas condensate, naphtha fraction, heavy distillates). The output includes gasoline and diesel fuel meeting Euro-4/5 standards, bunker fuel, and other products.

The facility has the status of an excise warehouse and a customs control zone, and is also capable of handling liquid bulk cargo (petroleum products, sunflower oil, and other liquid products).
