Production Complex for Granulation of Mineral and Organic Raw Materials for Sale

The total investment in the development and launch of the production facility amounted to approximately USD 170,000.

A production complex with a technological line for granulating limestone, chalk, dolomite, leonardite and various types of compost is offered for sale.

The production line is capable of manufacturing spherical granules with a diameter of 2–4 mm and microgranules with a diameter of 0.8–1.2 mm. The products can be used in the production of fertilizers, soil conditioners and other agricultural products.

The production line is equipped with a disc (pan) granulator with a diameter of 1.5 m. The equipment capacity is 1.6–2.0 tons per hour when processing limestone and 0.7–0.8 tons per hour when granulating compost. Total electricity consumption is 65 kW.

A pyrolysis-fuel heat generator is used for product drying, with the possibility of adaptation for operation on fuel pellets. Approximately 350 m² of space is required to accommodate the production line.

The existing customer base may be transferred together with the production line. Subject to stable production utilization and properly organized sales, the potential payback period of the investment may be approximately one year.

The location of such production near a poultry farm or a large livestock complex is particularly promising, as it provides access to organic raw materials and enables the creation of a local closed-loop production cycle.
