Operating sunflower oil production business.
Processing capacity: 40 tons per day. The facility is equipped with 6 oil presses and roasting units powered by fuel briquettes made from sunflower husks. Sunflower seed storage bunker: 100 tons with automatic feeding system. Oilcake/meal storage capacity: 140 tons. Six oil storage tanks of 22 tons each, with a total capacity of 132 tons.
Power supply: 200 kW transformer, with the possibility of increasing capacity to 1,000+ kW. The facility has its own artesian well. Land plot: 1 hectare under lease, with the possibility of securing an additional 1 hectare nearby. The equipment is manufactured in Uman, Ukraine, and is fully serviced and operational.
There is potential to install an extraction line with an estimated investment of approximately USD 700,000, increasing processing capacity to up to 100 tons per day. Additional opportunities include the production of fuel briquettes from sunflower husks and oilcake/meal.
The plant can operate using either its own raw materials or toll-processing arrangements and has export potential for finished products.
Convenient truck access and an on-site weighbridge with a capacity of up to 80 tons. According to the owner, there are no direct competitors within approximately an 80 km radius.
Additionally, there is an opportunity to lease 50–150 hectares of agricultural land.
