An agricultural land bank with a total area of 2,700 hectares is offered for sale in the Rokytne District of the Rivne Region, Ukraine.
Most of the land lease agreements have a term of 25 years. An additional 120 hectares are leased for 7 years, while 300 hectares are leased for 10 years. The lease agreements were executed between 2020 and 2026.
The soil quality rating is 43 points. Soil testing has been completed, 2 km of drainage and irrigation canal have been restored, and two water-control sluices have been constructed to regulate the water regime.
Wheat and buckwheat were cultivated on neighbouring land plots with strong yield results, confirming the agricultural potential of the region.
