Ukraine’s agri-food sector continues to strengthen its position in global trade. Since the beginning of 2026, Ukrainian exporters have gained access to 23 new international markets, creating additional opportunities for domestic producers and supporting the country’s export growth.
This achievement reflects the coordinated efforts of government institutions, industry representatives, and international partners aimed at removing trade barriers, harmonizing sanitary and phytosanitary standards, and expanding market access for Ukrainian products.
New export destinations include Albania, Algeria, Vietnam, Georgia, Denmark, Egypt, the Republic of Korea, Côte d’Ivoire, Kuwait, Moldova, Chile, China, and member states of the European Union.
Products approved for export include beef, lamb, poultry meat, milk and dairy products, egg products, pet food, fish products, flour, live animals, and planting materials.
A particularly encouraging trend is the growing demand for value-added agri-food products, highlighting the increasing international confidence in the quality, safety, and competitiveness of Ukrainian production.
By expanding its presence across Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America, Ukraine continues to diversify export destinations, strengthen supply chain resilience, and reinforce its role as a reliable supplier and trusted trading partner in global food markets.
